The form factor is great, the battery life is excellent, and oh man this TV service is perfect. I have a slingbox I use with my XV6600 and the 620 puts it to shame with the quality of the picture and how fast it connects. It's been less than a week but so far I HIGHLY recommend it! I got to play around with the phone in VW store and I liked what I saw.
