Thanks Digg, but Spam is Still More Popular

It seems like my Xbox 360 vs. Dell post struck at least a small nerve, as it hit the Digg front page not too long ago. Thanks for the comments guys, I really love it. It seems as though my server cruised over at least a baby-sized Digg effect, so that I’m happy about.

I would like to thank my Mum, my forth grade teacher, and the guy that drives past my apartment every day with that funny horn.

The really funny thing though, is the fact that the Digg traffic is still slightly smaller than the spam sites trying to do comments and trackbacks. When this site was run on B2Evo, all the comment spam was starting to get very hard to manage, but since moving to Wordpress, it has all become a lot easier. The Akismet plug-in is a champ at dealing with these kinds of things.
