This looks useful - Microsoft SyncToy Beta.
There are a lot of other offerings out there to do the same thing, but for the price (free) Microsoft’s new toy looks pretty cool. I especially like the fact that it recognizes when I rename a file, and subsequently renames the file in the synching directory instead of re-copying it.

I thought SyncToy is alright, but can’t beat the auto syncing that is part of the current sync tool I use, Allway Sync. The latest beat has some funky Scheduling as well as the auto syncing (including When
device is connected, every X mins or so many mins after the last file change happened).

I posted this in your comments, but I thought I would put it here as well:
I tried Allway in the past, but didn’t have any success with it. It would always crash when I tried to sync; I was trying to sync a ~7.5GB folder to a mounted network share though, so I can forgive it.
If the apps functions intrest you, I would strongley suggest contacting their support as they have been very prompt and helpful when I have logged calls.
