You would think that Microsoft would come up with something a little more original for their next version of Windows. Here is a list of technology companies using the Vista name that I can think of:
I am sure there is more, if you can think of any post them in the comments. The big question would be, will any of these companies have grounds for a trademark battle with Microsoft? Or each other? I’m not a lawyer, I wouldn’t know, but I would love to see Microsoft have to make some payouts on this.
